Foam Roller Deadbugs: Here’s a challenging way to train your core and improve your hip stability. Keep the foam roller pinned against the wall with your hips and knees at 90 degrees. Keeping your lower back flat against the floor, push your other leg out away from the wall. Make sure you don’t lose your tension against the foam roller as you’re extending. If you want to add more of a challenge, add a band around the feet.
