Starting my morning with a good breakfast! . One thing that is super important ...

One thing that is super important for me is starting my day with a good breakfast. It sets my mood and starts my metabolism for the day. I usually workout in the late morning so I also need a breakfast that is going to fuel me and give me energy for my workout!
.
Oatmeal is a go to for me and @pickybars makes it so easy with these single serve Performance Oatmeal packs! You just pour it into a bowl, add boiling water and cover it for 3 minutes and boom it’s done! I added a little bit of vanilla @nuzest in the base and topped it with their (@pickybars) Sassy Molassy granola and some @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate chips!

If you know me you know I love oatmeal and granola and they crushed it on both! This made my morning so easy and now I feel like I have so much energy for my workout! This is your reminder, when people say “breakfast is the most important meal of the day,” they don’t just say that to hear themselves talk. ITS TRUE! Don’t skip breakfast!! It’s so important. It’s starts your metabolism for the day and gives your body the energy it needs. And when you have a breakfast as tasty as this? It makes you want to hop out of bed in the mornings😉
