Ballast was hired by FOX to concept and create a a promotional campaign for it's FOX NFL Sunday show. Ballast came up with the concept to turn an amusement park into a towering homage to all things football and in a few cases to the personalities that make the FOX show unique. Ballast shot VFX plates in one day at Magic Mountain in Southern California. Two camera units were used to maximize coverage and efficiency. Ballast and it's VFX team manipulated the plates into the final seen here. Sky replacement was necessary as the plates were shot in the middle of the day sunlight and the finals called for a magic hour look and feel.
