Sports Technology Awards

The Sports Technology Awards is a globally unique celebration of technology-led innovation across sport internationally.

Categories reflect visionary work across the sector, spanning major sporting events, rights holders, broadcasters, manager and coaches, clinicians, architects, venues, marketers and the wealth of professional services and products which service them.

2017 is the fourth cycle of the awards, with previous ceremony seeing hundreds of entries, representing over 50 sports from 23 countries, compete for the recognition of 30 industry-leading judges. The awards are presented at a ceremony in London in front of an audience consisting of senior industry figures and athletes.

The Sports Technology Awards, as well as staging the awards ceremony, lead the sector the other ways, including the launch of the Sports Technology Power List, introducing the UK’s first sports hackathon and STA Insights, a forum for key sports industry figures to engage with leaders from the technical and digital sector.
