The Plunge 
I want to take a brief break from fall color pics and share something a little different. I was recently attending a photo expo in Manassas VA with a friend and had the opportunity to visit Great Falls Park which has been on my list for a while now. It is a beautiful area and definitely a place I will return to when I have more time to explore the area. The day I visited there were about 30 guys in kayaks running the rapids and the various falls. I was able to get down to the river for this shot and managed a decent shot even though it was pretty dark at this point. I give these guys a lot of credit for going over these falls. I certainly wouldn't do it.
