Carving 
I got to spend last week on one of the Greek Islands, which was AWESOME! Gorgeous Mediterranean water and insane winds made for an epic kiteboarding session off the north coast of Crete.
As I'm traveling for work now and not pleasure, I'm especially envious of my past self.
