And although some sites might seem to be a bit complicated in the facts they ask for it really is worth getting as much detail on there as you can - particularly in the build department. Some sites are very precise in the options they give ranging from a description of slender to full figure. It is never worth lying about this or categorising yourself as what you hope to be once that diet kicks in. Far better to describe yourself as you are.
