Illusionist and stunt man David Blane using his cryochamber to prepare for his most ambitious project yet - flying over the Arizona desert holding onto helium balloons.
And... that he actually did it! It was a 1-hour flight reaching more than 24,000 feet.
In his interview, David who is 47 years old talked about endurance, pushing limits past what he thought was possible, and cryotherapy being instrumental in acclimatizing the body to the steely temperatures up there.
