This Will Be An Outtake! - Lawn Bowl Minoru Park N6249e 
I have a photo club friend who is a very experienced commercial photographer.
At one time he showed us some fashion show photos that he took in an assignment.
He explained to us that he could not make many variations in composition because his client asked him to do wide shots only and he has to make sure the designer name shown clearly in the pictures.
Going professional to me implies that you are surrendering your own style and your mind to your client. Your client will take over your brain and they make the decisions about choice of subject matter, theme and style.
Unless I am a world famous photographer and I could have complete freedom in making my pictures (I don’t believe the day will come to me anyway), I don’t think I would like to go professional.
Take the example of this lawn bowl shot at Minoru Park. This will be an outtake because I have not even included the face or upper body of the player!
My client (be a sports news editor or the lawn bowl club event organizer) will not be happy with this picture!! :o)
