Sports from the Roundtable, was created by Todd F. Ehrlich who also served as the Executive Producer. The show was hosted by Duke Castiglione and aired for two seasons on WCBS-TV in New York. Sports from the Roundtable was critically acclaimed and garnered two New York Association of Black Journalist awards taking two of the three awards in their sports categories. Sports from the Roundtable was a unique sports talk television show that served as a lead into the NFL on CBS. Sports from the Roundtable aired during the football season for 20 weeks. Roundtable features sportswriters, sportscasters and former athletes as well as frequent contributions from the entertainment industry. Sports from the Roundtable took a compelling look at New York’s biggest sports stories and controversies of the week, and examines their impact on the local sports scene. Sports from the Roundtable was an intelligent sports talk show featuring inside information from experts on the beat. The show was produced in a high energy, fast paced, no-holds-barred way that reflected the New York sports scene that it covered.
