Yesterday, I had a binge eating attack around midnight and ate a whole chocolate bar. I felt very, very bad and guilty afterwards. After a binge eating attack I usually lose control for the following week(s) to eat healthy and to workout. However, when I woke up this morning I thought that I would even feel worse and guilty if I stop my diet. So I decided to continue to eat healthy and workout at the gym today. Losing weight is really challenging and can be very frustrated but I think I try to be more kind to myself if I can’t eat healthy for some days. I think accepting bad days is part of the weight loss process.
Today’s dinner: Spinach, arugula, eggs, pickles, tomatoes, paprika and balsamic cream as dressing 🥬🍅 I also had a vanilla protein shake from foodspring after my workout 🏋🏻♀️
