- Crunches x10
- Leg raises x10
- Sit ups x20
- KNEE CRUNCHES X10***
- Plank with weight (or without) 30sec-1min⬇️
- Glute bridges x10
- Steps- double steps with donkey kick and sode steps
- Lunge jumps x10
- Stiff leg deadlift x10
- Narrow stance leg press x10
- Squat position leg press x10⬇️
First set is for abs, and second set for legs. If you are a beginner and are trying to build muscle, try to start off with smaller weights and then build your way up💯
