"King" Richard Brodeur. He was a star for the Nordiques for 7 seasons in the WHA, then a long-time starter for the Vancouver Canucks in the NHL from '80-'88 as well as a Cup Finalist with them in '82. He ended his career with six regular season and four playoff games with the Hartford Whalers in '87-88. Even more obscure is the beginning of his NHL career. Did you know it all started with the Islanders in '79-80? He played two games with them before he was traded to Vancouver the following season.
