Some of it is educating your body what to do & some of it is doing things to improve your range of motion. @rotexmotion does a great job at improving your range of motion & educating your body how to get into those positions.
Not everyone is training to be on TOUR but getting your body to move better helps prevent injuries and at any performance level.
