My active background 💕

I decided to post a little bit of a glam picture so you guys can see how do I look like outside my gym clothes 😅

I have also never shared anything about me on this account so here are a few things about my active background that lead me to be who I am today. 🥰

🔢 I have trained most popular sports that exist and I have won medals in two sports. I have actively done for a long time swimming, climbing, cycling, tennis, badminton, basketball, horse racing, volleyball, skiing, roller skating, ice skating and dancing. I have competed in mountain cycling and climbing and I won 3rd and 1st place ☺️

🔀 Growing up I’ve always been extremely active with those sports so going into fitness was not challenging for me at all. And after living such an insanely active life for 19 years now I can tell that the benefits from that are enormous. I am barely ever sick and I have never broken anything in my life (which I know that it’s because those sports strengthened my bones like resistance training does). I think that investing in your health and staying active is a must and the way how it makes you feel can’t be compared to anything else.

💚 My message here is definitely to encourage more people to be more active as for the past 19 years (I started with sports when I was 3) I have seen all of the benefits from it and it’s worth every second of your time ☺️
