The last day of our 3-day routine is finally here!

Today we have a really important workout for kids - exercises that will help the little ones to improve their posture. When kids grow up without working on their correct posture, they tend to become adults with many back problems.

In our technological world, many kids end up maintaining the wrong posture when using cellphones, tables, playing videogames or watching television. If they do this workout, they'll improve their posture and this will not be an issue for their development.
