My remote went off after I thought I had taken my post workout picture. I was wrong. Apparently I smile whilst adjusting. This morning was H-A-R-D. Cardio Challenge is, was and will ALWAYS be a true testament of how much you might THINK you’re in shape... @shaunt will slap the taste outcho mouth and bring you back to reality.
This morning, I re-washed the clothes in the washer for the FOURTH time because I can’t seem to remember to switch them to the dryer. I’m a busy lady. I work 40 hours a week outside the home. I have two beautiful, pains in the ass for kids. I have two dogs. A husband. A home. I have to give my time and attention to all of the above and I’m still finding time to get my therapy (workouts) in. In two months, I’ll be 41. You don’t have to have a complacent lifestyle just because you’re older. Us 70’s kids @melissamade @drlaurenfitz @shaunt will show you exactly what we’re made of! ♥️
