Sustainable Fashion Athens

The Sustainable Fashion programme was organised by the British Council in partnership with the cultural organisation Atopos CVC. It took place in Athens on 2–3 February 2017 and consisted of an open discussion (Alice Holmberg, Central Saint Martins; Orsola de Castro, Fashion Revolution; Stamos Fafalios, Atopos CVC; Zeus+Dione, fashion designers), a bespoke workshop and an exhibition of selected and collectible pieces from the Atopos Paper Fashion Collection.

The programme aims to raise awareness of the impact of fashion on the environment, generate curiosity and interest in sustainable fashion, and create a viable production system incorporating environmental and social responsibility.
