SHOULDER REHAB My left shoulder has been bothering me for 2 years after an acut...

My left shoulder has been bothering me for 2 years after an acute injury.

I'm now being helped by a physio who is an expert in shoulders

Following this routine for 3 weeks, 5x/week, each exercise 5x15

The main focus of this routine is strengthening the lower trapezius and the serratus anterior. Both of these were significantly weaker compared to the right during a test.
