Subculture Fashion Choices

The purpose of my project is to create a photographic series, it will incorporate sound of the interviews with subjects. It will show fashion subcultures and how these subcultures emphasise a difference from the social 'norm', the mainstream. I wanted to see how important fashion is if not at all within cultures from the mainstream to the subcultures and the difference with how people conform to the social norm. Fashion is a big link to this as what we wear in society can effect how people judge us if we don't wear what is perceived to be normal. This project is a fashion piece with links to documentary.
